CAT is looking for talented professionals with backgrounds in education, the arts or community work who are interested in becoming actor-educators to work with young people in New York City public schools. Spanish speaking a plus, all ethnicities, particularly persons of color, who can portray teen characters, encouraged to apply.

The Creative Arts Team (CAT) is a university-wide-arts-in-education initiative at The City University of New York (CUNY). CAT provides outreach services to students, teachers, and parents throughout New York City schools and communities. Each year CAT works with 12,000+ people, from pre-kindergarten to seniors, using the medium of theatre to promote social, emotional and educational growth.
